How the free month works

1. Create a free account: Sign up with your email address and verify it with the 6-digit code we send.

2. Your free month starts: Verifying your email starts the free month straight away: 1,000 requests to use over one month.

3. Create your API key: Make your key on the dashboard and send it as a bearer token from your server.

4. Call the API: Search an event, capture its tickets on any marketplace, or match it on all of them.

Is the TicketsData API free?

Your first month is free: 1,000 requests of live data on every marketplace, with no card needed. After that, the API is on monthly plans; you can also explore every endpoint with sample data in the playground at no cost, any time.

What happens when the free month ends?

Live data stops until you choose a plan. Nothing is charged automatically, because we never asked for a card. Your account and API key stay; choosing a plan switches live data back on.

What counts as a request?

A capture (one event’s tickets on one marketplace) is 1 request. An event search is 1 request per marketplace that returns results. A match across every marketplace is 3. Failed requests are free.

Is there a free StubHub API or a free Ticketmaster API?

TicketsData is an independent API, not the marketplaces’ own. During your free month you can get StubHub, Ticketmaster, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, Gametime, Viagogo and TickPick ticket data through it at no cost.

Can I get more than one free month?

No — one free month per person and account. If you need longer to evaluate, contact us.
