Questions

What does each listing include?

Section, row, seat numbers, how many can be bought together, list price, primary or resale, and Ticketmaster’s placeId and offerId so you can match the listing to the seat map or the event page.

Does this include resale?

Yes. Primary and resale listings are both included, marked "market": "primary" or "resale". Accessible seating and Platinum seats are not listed individually.

What if listings can’t be loaded?

The capture still completes with section price ranges and counts. Its coverage block then says "listings": false and "priceBasis": "range".

What event information comes back?

Every capture has an event block: name, start time (UTC and venue-local), venue, venue capacity, and the seat map where the marketplace provides one.

How fresh is the data?

Live. Every capture reads the marketplace’s current listings and prices at the moment you ask.

How much does a capture use?

One request from your plan. Failed captures are free.
