Which StubHub URLs work?

Any StubHub event page URL. Use the Events API to find events if you only have a name or venue.

Are fees included in the price?

No. StubHub prices are list prices, marked "basis": "list". Use the basis field when comparing marketplaces.

How long does a capture take?

Most finish within the wait window. Very large events can take longer; you get a capture ID right away and a capture.completed webhook when it is done.

What event information comes back?

Every capture has an event block: name, start time (UTC and venue-local), venue, venue capacity, and the seat map where the marketplace provides one.

How fresh is the data?

Live. Every capture reads the marketplace’s current listings and prices at the moment you ask.

How much does a capture use?

One request from your plan. Failed captures are free.
