Questions

Are fees included in the price?

Yes. TickPick shows prices with fees included, so every price is marked "basis": "all_in" and coverage reports "fees": "included". Compare with other marketplaces by adding their fees, or compare like with like.

Why does a TickPick capture take longer?

TickPick listings take longer to load than most marketplaces — often 20–60 seconds for a large event. Use wait (up to 30 seconds) and poll the capture, or pass webhook_url to be called when it finishes.

Can I search TickPick events?

Not yet: TickPick isn’t part of event search or matches. Find the event on tickpick.com and capture it with its URL.

Are parking passes included?

No, unless you set include_parking: true. Parking passes are left out of the listings and the summary by default.

What event information comes back?

Every capture has an event block: name, start time (UTC and venue-local), venue with address and capacity, and — where the marketplace provides them — category, performers, on-sale and presale dates, status, face value and the seat map. The coverage table above shows what this marketplace adds.

How fresh is the data?

Live. Every capture reads the marketplace’s current listings and prices at the moment you ask.

How much does a capture use?

One request from your plan. Failed captures are free.
