Fixed monthly prices, no contracts. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time. A request is one capture, or one marketplace in an event search; a match uses 3. Failed requests are free.

Questions

What is included in every plan?

Every marketplace, cross-marketplace event search, live listings with section prices, event information with venue capacity and seat maps, webhooks and the full API. Plans differ only in how many captures you can run.

What counts as a request?

A capture (one event’s tickets on one marketplace) is 1 request. An event search is 1 request per marketplace that returns results — searching all five is 5. A match (one event found on every marketplace with each one’s ticket summary) is 3. Failed requests are free.

How fast can I make requests?

Each plan has an hourly limit shown on its card, counted the same way. Large StubHub events can take longer per capture; you get a webhook when they finish.

What happens if I run out of requests?

Live calls return 402 quota_exceeded until your next billing date, or until you upgrade — upgrades apply immediately.

Do unused requests roll over?

No. Your allowance resets on each billing date.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Any time, from Billing in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; cancellations take effect at the end of the paid month.

How do I pay?

By card, billed monthly. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Can I try it without paying?

The playground shows every endpoint with sample data — no account or payment needed. Live data needs a plan; you can cancel any time.
